Payment is due upon the final delivery of your photos and any add-ons. You'll receive an email the morning after your appointment with a link to preview and pay for your photos.

You can cancel or reschedule at any time by either doing so via the original booking confirmation email or by calling our office directly at 412-709-5227. All reschedules or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will need to be done by calling us directly and will result in a $100 rescheduling/cancellation fee.
Our standard turnaround-time on most of our packages/services are next business day. Our team is dedicated to getting your order to you as soon as possible so we do our best to have all orders over to our clients by 11:00 AM EST the next business day. We cover a 25-mile radius from center-city Downtown Pittsburgh. Additional travel fees apply for locations outside this radius.
